Sue enjoys her work and getting to know and to serve her customers in the 30+ plus years she has been in residential sales. Twenty of those years have been with Roberts Brothers. Her main focus and strength reflect skill in helping home buyers to determine and locate the home best suited to their needs and helping sellers with an agressive marketing plan.
She begins with people where they are and works with them to find what in our market will best suit their needs and interests. For out-of-town buyers, she begins with an overview of our city and area based on the buyers initial expression of interest, need and price range.
Sue is also helpful in assisting her customers in locating financing that best suits their needs, by providing them with a number of different options so they can make an informed decision.
Her business has been built on repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers and friends, who in some instances, have given her the opportunity to locate a first home, then list, sale and locate another home as their family grows or they move to another level of need.
Sue is familiar with all areas of Mobile, as well as the Eastern Shore of Baldwin County where she lived and actually began her career in real estate.
